Present Guru
Sri Sai Aascharyanandha
Jagadguru · Shambavi Peetam
The sacred lineage of Shambavi Peetam flows into the living presence of Sri Sai Aascharyanandha. The name "Sai" within Shambavi Peetam holds the essence of Shiva–Shakti Aikya Tatva — the eternal union of Consciousness and Energy that lies at the heart of Sri Vidya.
Aascharyanandha was initiated into this tradition by his revered Guru, Sri Sai Pushyanandha. After spiritual enlightenment and following the demise of his Guru in February 2014, Sri Sai Aascharyanandha adorned the Jagadguru title of Shambavi Peetam. He became Guru at the age of 19 and has continued to serve people and enlighten society for over 11 years.
He is a respected Lightworker, sanyasi, and healer known for profound insights in mantra, tantra, and yantra vidya. He emphasises that only a person with focus and strong will can elevate himself and the society — that material and spiritual life are not different, but two sides of the same coin.
Self-Realisation - Understanding one's true nature and the interconnectedness of all beings.
Inner Transformation - Cultivating positive qualities such as love, compassion, and wisdom through sadhana
Spiritual Practices - Meditation, mantra recitation, and ritual worship in the Sri Vidya tradition.
Balanced Living - Harmonising spiritual aspirations with the demands of everyday life integration, not renunciation.
The Sacred Path
Sri Vidya Sadhana
A highly revered spiritual practice rooted in the worship of the Divine Mother — Lalita Tripura Sundari.
Sri Vidya is the only school of thought where breathwork, chakras, kundalini, and the chanting of mantras all come together in a perfect blend. It is a tantric path combining devotion (Bhakti), wisdom (Jnana), and disciplined rituals (Upasana) to unite the practitioner with divine consciousness.
At the heart of Sri Vidya practice is the worship of the Sri Chakra — a mystical diagram representing the universe and the form of the Divine Mother. Unlike the Vedas and other Agamas, knowledge of Sri Vidya is not imparted through books; great sages and seers have always transmitted it person to person, from Guru to disciple.
Bhu Prasthara
Earth-based practices — worship of the Divine Mother in her various forms and manifestations.
Meru Prasthara
Three-dimensional mountain practices — worship of the Divine Mother as Lalita Tripura Sundari in her supreme form.
